My studio is small — I know all my members. Do I need this?

Honestly, maybe not. Under ~150 members, personal relationships beat any model. Retention Radar earns its keep from roughly 200 members up, when the quiet faders start slipping past you. If you're smaller, the one-off Retention Audit still tells you where your churn concentrates.

Which booking systems do you support?

Any system that exports data: Mindbody, Glofox, PushPress, TeamUp, Wodify, Zen Planner and others. Worst case, we work from CSV exports — connecting messy sources is literally our core skill.

Is member data safe?

We work under NDA, access only the fields the model needs (attendance, bookings, plan, tenure — never payment details), and your data stays in an environment you control. Access is removed at handover.
