Because building on messy foundations wastes money. The health check finds what's actually broken in two weeks for a fixed price, so the build carries no surprises — and the health check fee counts toward your build if you continue.
We agree the deliverables, timeline and price before starting. If it takes us longer, that's our cost, not yours. Scope changes are agreed in writing before any extra cost appears.
Small is the point: you get senior engineers doing the work directly, with no account managers or junior layers in between. We deliberately take on few clients at a time, and we'll tell you honestly on the free call if your project needs a bigger bench than ours.
